Information you submit
Contact and website-analysis forms, plus the Qeilvra AI Assistant, may collect the information you enter, such as your name, work email, company, phone number and project details, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Processing and delivery
AI Assistant enquiries are stored in Qeilvra's Supabase database and a transactional notification is sent to the Qeilvra team through Resend. The assistant uses Groq to generate responses and an optional concise enquiry summary. Qeilvra does not use this enquiry form to automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Retention and rights
Information should be retained only as long as needed for the enquiry or an active business relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through Qeilvra's published contact email.

This build does not add advertising cookies. Any analytics introduced later should use appropriate consent and be reflected in this policy.
